Baked feta with cherry tomatoes

EXECUTION: EASY PREPARATION TIME 5 mins. COOKING TIME 45 mins. PORTIONS 4.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 pack of Greek feta cheese (200 g)
• 400 g of Piennolo cherry tomatoes
• A few sprigs of fresh thyme
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• Slices of toasted bread

METHOD

1. First, turn on the oven at 200°.
2. Take a baking dish and grease the bottom; place the whole feta in the center and add the datterini tomatoes all around.
3. Season everything with extra virgin olive oil, the thyme sprigs, a little salt (since feta is already very tasty) and a pinch of black pepper.
4. Put the pan in the oven for about 45 minutes.
5. The cherry tomatoes will have to dry and release the sauce and the feta will melt forming a tasty dressing.
6. Finally stir everything to mix the ingredients and serve with toasted bread
